Our goal is to make therapy a meaningful and manageable part of your life. We offer both in-person and virtual appointments, with sessions typically scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis depending on your individual needs, goals, and availability.

We currently offer virtual therapy sessions for individuals located throughout Pennsylvania. Telehealth provides a convenient, flexible, and confidential way to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.

Our goal is to create a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment, allowing you to build a meaningful connection with your therapist while working toward your personal goals.

We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether our services are a good fit for your goals.

We are not currently in-network with insurance providers. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan's benefits.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and some plans may require you to meet an out-of-network deductible before benefits apply. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider before your first appointment to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as our preferred methods of payment. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee.

Please note that cancellation fees are the responsibility of the client and are not covered by insurance.
